ResponseMaster enables rapid interaction with your department's data. Users can receive dispatch call notifications directly on their phone or tablet device, but note that a CAD interface is necessary for this feature. This system allows you to demonstrate your response either to the scene or to the station, track responses from other personnel and vehicles, identify who is en route, on the scene, or has cancelled or cleared calls. Users can access information on both active and completed calls, view maps with turn-by-turn directions to the call location, add involvements while on scene, and automatically fill run reports with details such as times, apparatus used, personnel involved, and so forth. Furthermore, live interactive incident maps are available for visualizing ongoing situations.
